Winning tournaments comes with big rewards. Gangs earn Medals that boost attack and defense, along with large cash bonuses. In some special tournaments, Diamonds are also offered, making them even more valuable.
Individual performance is tracked as well, and the top 20 players receive special unit rewards. This creates both gang-wide and personal incentives, ensuring that every member stays motivated to contribute.
