Please explain why the only three countries visible in the world war tab are Kuwait, Iraq, Iran. Yet there are some alliances still holding countries from before your change like Uruguay, Vietnam etc? Surely these countries should be viewable in the World War area but aren't.
I would suggest you either open these countries back up so they can be viewed and challenged from the World War button or remove them from the alliances that are currently holding them.
I can only assume when you did the 'changes' you didn't realise that the countries you removed would still be 'in play' and held by Alliances.
Either way, fix it now please.
