Multi accounts

I was just wondering if it is permissible to have more than 1 account. I have noticed many players who do. Also, any updates on a tutorial for the emoji use. I still can't figure it out and don't want to offend players by trying during a game. Thanks.

You’re allowed to have more than one account, as long as it doesn’t undermine fair play or give you any unfair advantage. 

Regarding emojis, they work the same way as in any chat application - you can use them directly.
